Territorial and Protective Dog Behaviour, Live Online Workshops
Barking at the fence, frantic at the door, growling at guests, or reacting to every little noise?
If your dog gets stressed out every time someone comes near you or the house, this course is for you. Most dogs will ignore treats or toys; they’ll also ignore well known commands and shouting, when they are in protective mode. So if distraction techniques don’t work, how do you get through to a dog that is guarding you or your space?
***Tuesday’s 5th – 26th March, 6pm ***
This set of four Territorial and Protective Dog Behaviour Online Workshops will offer valuable insight into why many training plans don’t work, the important difference between a watch dog and a guard dog (and why they need a different approach), and how to take back control of your space, whether its you, fences, doors, and windows!
Using a mix of theory, weekly homework, questions and discussion, Caroline will talk you through how to solve protective and territorial behaviour problem. Over four weeks, she’ll reveal how to use her techniques to get to the heart of the problem and by the end of the course you should have a plan that has started to work!
